Chances are, you’re here because you have sensitive skin like I do – and if you’re anything like me you’ll struggle to find sun cream for sensitive skin that protects without causing more harm than good.

Whether your issue is fancy formulas giving you a rash or the horror that is prickly heat, I’m updating and adding to my columns on the subject over on Get The Gloss to bring the latest information and advice to the fore.

First up is a previous column on the difference between chemical and physical filters, updated to include the best and worst sun cream ingredients for sensitive skin. Have a read – I hope it helps!

Next is my popular piece on how to prevent and treat prickly heat, with added expert advice on whether Dettol soap really is worth trying and how to know if it’s sweat rash or PLE.

A new piece in the series explains the 7 things you need to know about protecting sensitive skin in the sun – from how to use your sun cream properly to how to look after rosacea in strong UV rays.

Keep following the series for product recommendations including my updated favourite sun creams for sensitive skin, as well as prickly heat soothers, aftersuns and much much more.
